During my education at the Willem de Kooning Academy, my artistic process was grounded in material experimentation, specifically focusing on textile and metal. By intervening with existing production techniques and investigating the characteristics of various materials I was able to create innovative designs that spark interest.

 

Throughout my artistic experience, the core elements of my designs have always been color, pattern and movement, which can still be seen in my current designs. I am to use these elements in a manner that invites the viewer to interact with my designs, shaping an experience where my fascination for materials, color, pattern and movement are shared with the viewer.
